For as sweet as life

How amazingly silent she is

and loud too

Her laughs are extended by waves that pour into each other

a wave feeding into another

and you never notice when it fades

its like your soul slowly pulling away from your body

but she quickly catches her breath

just like all the memories

the good ones, I suppose

she holds on

If she could choose to die in this moment

She would

and the sharp pain she feels in her stomach is that of joy

She leans back holding her stomach

and just like that a moment

has just faded once again

Her laughs are as sweet as life can be

trapped in them is the joy that she has been starved of

she starves again

not knowing when her next meal will be

it passes by like a memory

but at least it was a meal

that she ate very well.
